We know the thought of dragging yourself to that, pain inducing, “Insane” workout, in the gloom of our British winter after a stressful day at work surrounded by Mrs Skinny and Mr Toned all choreographed in perfect synchronisation by Mr Intensity the resident Boot camp instructor, is not going to get you beating our door down, week after week.
Our fun filled, high energy, music pounding, atmospheric workouts led by our enthusiastic (and sometimes a little wild) instructors will leave you glowing and counting the hours to your next visit.

In our personal training area, we have a range of quality equipment available at our disposal. From Olympic bars to Kettlebells, to Slam balls and TRX suspension trainers, we have all the equipment you need to work the entire body! We keep our sessions fun and varied making use of many different training styles and equipment.
