With the combination of a team atmosphere our fun BOOTCAMP gives you an, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workout. Very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.

Indoor Cycling (spin)

Indoor cycling, is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout performed on stationary bikes in a studio setting. These classes are driven by music, rhythm, and instructor-led motivation.

ClubberCise

Do you miss those nights when you went out clubbing and danced non-stop?

We have a dark room, banging tunes, everyone throws their cares away and dances like no-one else is watching

Box-HiiT is an exercise class based on boxing moves. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit.

Stay strong, stay social, stay smiling! Our "Forever Active" exercise class is designed specifically for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing — all in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment.
