Our functional mobility format is designed to compliment an active lifestyle. M1ND draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation and each unique session can include one or more of these elements. The central theme is connection between mind and movement.

Training against a resistance not only promotes the healthy development of your muscles, it also elevates your metabolism helping to burn fat several hours after the session has finished. A great low impact alternative to strengthen and tone your entire body.
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of senior adults. Zumba Gold will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking a means of exercise.
