You already know that exercise is good for your body. But did you know it can also boost your mood, boost your immunity, improve your sleep, and help you deal with depression, anxiety, stress, and a lot more.

Our 8 week Transformation programme will get you in the best shape of your life and leave you feeling good about yourself.  With 7 time slots available to choose from there's a time to suit your busy day.


This is what you will be getting:

  • Nutrition plan with recipe's and shopping list

  • Mindfulness programme

  • 4 intense training sessions per week with experienced personal trainers 

  • Fitness / progression test at the start, mid point and end

  • Measurements taken at the start and end of the program

  • Full support throughout the program

Session Times:
Monday           09:30 and 19:30
Wednesday     09:30 and 19:30
Friday              09:30 and 18:30
Sunday            08:30

8 weeks!!! 8 weeks ago I started my journey with The Fitness Box! I was feeling so fed up and needed a big kick up the backside 🥾 There has been a lot of sweat and even some tears when my back decided to play up... and yes I have slipped up with the diet several times🙈🤦‍♀️.... but I am so chuffed with the results so far! This is not the end and I will keep pushing towards my goal 💪👊 thank you so much Lucy Booth PTand Lloyd Scott!! xxx

Thinking ahead to 2020 has made me realise what a 2019 I have had. In June a photo was taken of me by Karolina that made me realise how unhealthy and fat I'd become. I was over 19 stone and at my heaviest weight. Whilst still on holiday I signed up to The Fitness Box on a transformation camp. I changed my diet after filling in food diaries and exercised 4 to 5 times a week for an hour each session.
Thankfully 6 months later I'm 3 stone lighter, lost fat, gained muscle and feeling alot more healthier. So my new year resolution will be to continue the hard work.

This has been my transformation journey over the last 8 weeks. I have learned so much and met fantastic people who kept me going through sweat and laughter! Love you all!!
Lloyd and Lucy you are the best! On boot camp I swear you both have eyes in the back of your heads as you never miss a thing! "Keep going, no sitting Sharon" rang in my ears week 1 😂
I now NEVER skip breakfast and NEVER eat crisps or binge on chocolate and I avoid nasty white carbs like the plague.
Thanks for giving me the directions, to become the new healthier me. The journey continues....
Bring on 50! 💪💦🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Very proud of how far I have come in such a short time, it’s so easy putting weight on without realising but I am proud of myself that I’ve been able to control it and do something about it! Starting to get my confidence and happiness back 💪🏽👙 I highly recommend The Fitness Box to anyone! Thank you , roll on the next camp💪🏼💃🏼
